These rates are available three (3) days pre and post Forum event dates subject to availability. Please note that these rates do not include hotel occupancy tax, which is currently 14% (tax exempt for government employees upon presentation of identification).

In the event an individual reservation is cancelled, notice of cancellation must be received no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number obtained. For cancellations received less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival, the first night’s room and tax will be charged.

Cut off date for this rate is September 12, 2008; after that date reservations will be taken on a space and rate available basis.
